I've still got this diet notion in my head. Not drinking sugar in my coffee today and if I drink tea I'll be drinking it with sweetener. Baby steps. I'm going to try eating as little as possible today. Shrink my stomach before I start my diet. I haven't quite decided which diet I want to try. I've tried so many. I have to really change my lifestyle....that is afterall what it's about...but I kinda like my lifestyle at the moment...I just don't like the side effect thereof. I'm so happy living alone with Rudi. I'm really conflicted. On the one side I have a happy home life...I've gone back to church which is something I've been meaning to do for years and all of that really makes me happy...on the other side I have all this financial strain and problems with my mother which drag me down. If it weren't for that I'd probably be over the moon! I suppose I'm supposed to exercise as well. I've never been good at the exercise thing. I'm so heavy I'll probably break something trying to do it. Yeah...blah blah blah walking. I dunno. Rudi and I should go for a walk. We should. Will we? Stay tuned. Just a short entry today so you know where I'm at.

NMOTB / Website (7.11.06 20:24) Hello, good luck on your diet! Just a quick tip. Starving yourself to shrink your tummy is not going to work, that is when you usally land up putting all the weight back on, DOUBLE! I had the same weight issue, after two kids and clocking the scale at over 100kgs with both! About three years ago my hubby bought me a diet / healthy eating plan and I stuck to it religiously - I lost 25kgs and thousands of centimetres (I went from a 42 right down to a 10). It is now three years down the line and I have still managed to control my weight, even if I go on a binge for a month or so - you do not pick it up again! This is the only thing that does work!!! Trust me, I am living proof! Drop me line on my email and I will gladly give you all the details! - It is not easy dieting but once you see the centimetres (that is most important) dissapear you will be so motivated and you won't regret it! Take Care and good luck! |
